From Beltane to Lammas.......

I want to lose 15 pounds by August 1st! Is this possible.....? I need all the encouragement and advice I can get. I have been working on getting back on my exercise routine.....I just need to watch my calories. What has worked for others? My biggest problem is being home all day with easy access to food. After years of my weight yo-yoing I really want to do this! Comments please!!!!! :)

I would love to lose 15 as well (and am also vegan)... maybe we could be email buddies and do it together. We could see if anyone else wants to join us and set up a little FB or Yahoo group or something :-) I also have the same problem that you do - I work from home and I have a very hard time not stopping into the kitchen all the time for a little snack. I also have a very un-friendly metabolism and it seems to be very hard for me to lose weight...

hey there! I lost 22lbs in two weeks by drinking hot water and lemon as soon as I woke up and right before bed at night. Did have to pee a lot. A friend lost weight by drinking, master cleanse, think that is the name. it was lemon, water, maple syrup and cayenne pepper. good luck

Hey Tamara! I would love to work together! Sorry it took me so long to comment...I came down with a stomach virus and got a big head start on those 15 pounds! Yucko! Are you are sparkpeople? I am vegan witch on there if you are.

Hey Heather....22 pounds in 2 weeks...that sounds totally crazy! Was it safe? Did it last?

I felt great. Maybe it was water weight? My husband was also in India for work those two weeks so there was no stress in the house. He came back I got stressed again. lol I think stress makes me gain weight. I did gain it back. I need to draw more to release myself, meditate or something.
