
Here we are in our tiny kitchen making our TIE Fighter Ties....these were mini sausages wrapped in refrigerator breadsticks (these are one of those accidentally vegan things but not exactly super healthy so maybe next time we will make our dough from scratch) - we used Gimme Lean vegan sausage which I made into mini sausage links and cooked in olive oil before wrapping with breadsticks...then baked for 10 minutes.

Super simple to veganize....just sub'd the butter and milk with soymilk and Earth Balance. YUM!

My 5 year old will have most of the kale eaten before we leave the co-op. She loves to pick it from the garden in the summer and eat while she plays. My 8 year old will eat it as a salad with nutritional yeast, salt , lemon and olive oil. Love healthy vegan kids
