So, I had purchased these little phyllo shells a few weeks ago and I had been itching to make something with them. Finally, I decided to give Chocolate Mousse recipe from The Joy of Vegan Baking a go. Once I filled the shells with the mousse, I chilled in the fridge for just over an hour. Once I was ready to serve them I topped with blackberries and raspberries. They were so light and delicious...I could have easily eaten the whole plate! The shells came 15 in a box but the recipe could have easily filled two boxes...perhaps more. These would be great to serve at parties.
